    • The nozzle should be removed from the SpeedTreater-TX valve and deposited into a container with enough Cloggy No More solution to cover the nozzle, Leave overnight or until the next spray session.

    • Cloggy No More should be used in a glass container.

    • Use tweezers or a similar tool to easily remove the nozzle from the solution.

  2. Pour enough Cloggy No More into a glass container to completely cover the nozzle, about an inch.
    • Pour enough Cloggy No More into a glass container to completely cover the nozzle, about an inch.

    • Use a glass container with a wide opening, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You will have a difficult time getting the nozzle out of the container if the opening is too small for tweezers.

    • It is not necessary to use a container with a lid, but if you plan on storing the nozzle for more than a few days, sealing the container will prevent contamination.

    • It is recommended to clean off the Cloggy No More residue before reinserting the nozzle into the SpeedTreater-TX. Rinse the nozzle with water and dry it with paper towel. A can of air can also be used to dry the nozzle.

  3. Remove the nozzle from the SpeedTreater-TX and take apart the nozzle assembly. You should be left with the nozzle, the nut, the filter, and two (2) plastic washers.

    • You do not have to put anything but the nozzle into the container with Cloggy No More. However, putting the nut, filter, or washers along with the nozzle won't hurt. They can also be deposited in a regular container with distilled water, Windex, Simple Green, or rubbing alcohol.

    • There should be enough solution in the glass container to completely cover the nozzle. Add more solution if there isn't enough solution to completely submerge the nozzle.

    • If the Cloggy No More solution starts to discolor or darken, replace the solution entirely. Otherwise, add more to maintain the proper level.

    • Leave the nozzle in the container overnight. If leaving for longer store the container in a safe place and use a lid to prevent spills.

  4. To remove the nozzle from the Cloggy No More solution, use tweezers ot a similar tool. Before inserting the nozzle back into the valve assembly, clean off the leftover Cloggy No More solution. Hold it in a piece of paper towel or use gloves to absorb the excess solution. Cloggy No More is a cleaning solvent. Minimize contact with exposed skin. Wash hands with warm water after handling.

    • Reassemble the nozzle assembly according to the diagram, and reinsert the completed nozzle into the SpeedTreater-TX. Use the Nozzle Alignment Tool to guarantee correct orientation.

    • If using a wrench to tighten the nut, take care not to overtighten the assembly. Excessive torque may angle the entire valve assembly to one side. If this occurs, gently push the assembly back into place, so that the nozzle faces directly downwards.
