    • After you've opened up the Veloci-T's cardboard box, remove all the cardboard packaging.

    • With another person's help, lift the printer out of the box and onto a sturdy table.

    • Pick up the Veloci-T using the recessed handles that are located at the front and back of the printer.

    • Do not attempt to lift the Veloci-T by yourself. It's not very heavy, but it still requires two people to lift it.

    • Blue printer cover. Use this to cover the printer at night or during extended periods of downtime.

    • USB cable (6 foot).

    • Power cable. 120 volt. Should be plugged into a quality surge protector.

    • USB dongle. Connect this to your computer before installing the software. Be careful not to lose this -- it is required in order to operate the software.

  4. Screw the cap back onto the bottle. Push the hose through the cap a little more, making sure to leave some slack so that the hose is not too tight.

    • Use the velcro on the back of the external maintenance tank to secure it to the side of the printer.

  5. Slide the silver and black shirt holder out of the printer. Set it aside for now. For purposes of setup, you can pull the shirt holder out from the front or the back of the printer.

  6. Now that the shirt holder is removed, place the bubble level on the bed.

    • Check the middle bubble. If it's not centered, adjust one of the four feet on the Veloci-T until the printer is level.

    • Screw the feet up or down to adjust the height.

    • When you're done, remove the level.

    • The top button is the print cancel button. You'll use this rarely.

    • The second button is the ink button. The light turns on if an ink cartridge needs to be replaced. (Note: when you turn on your printer for the first time, this light will be on. This is normal.)

    • The bottom button is the load media button. The light turns on if you try to print a graphic but your shirt holder isn't loaded.

  8. Plug the power cord into the printer, and plug the prong end into a good quality surge protector.

  9. Turn the printer on using the power on/off switch on the back of the printer.
